- Leading with kindness and respect.
What is your most treasured possession?
-I would say pictures and photo albums, I love looking back at memories and sharing the stories with my kids.
What is your greatest extravagance?
- Good food and things that nourish my body, mind and soul. I love breathwork and cold plunging.
Which talent would you most like to have?
-Since I was a little girl I wished that I could dance. I have always wanted to be a ballerina, or contemporary dancer.
What's your dream travel destination?
-Costa Rica to explore the tropical rainforest and all the plants and wildlife that inhabit it OR Hawaii to visit the volcanoes.
Do you collect anything?
-Stones, you can never have too many, I like to take them with me and choose them based on my mood that day.
What is your greatest regret?
-Worrying about things I cannot control, and not living more in the present moment.
What is your go-to drink?
-Iced tea or warm tea, or a yummy steamed milk with Reishi and cacoa powder in it.
